In short
This website uses no cookies, no advertising trackers and no contact forms. We only process what is technically necessary, plus anonymous visitor statistics.
Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by WEDOS Internet, a.s., Hluboká nad Vltavou, Czech Republic. When you visit the site, the server automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser type. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are deleted after a short period by the hosting provider.
Visitor statistics
We count visits with GoatCounter (goatcounter.com), a privacy-friendly statistics service. It uses no cookies, does not store IP addresses and does not build profiles of visitors. We only see aggregated figures such as page views, referring websites, countries and clicks on ticket links (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest in understanding how the site is used).
YouTube video
The video is loaded only when you click on it, from youtube-nocookie.com. From that moment, Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, receives data such as your IP address, and data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA, which is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. By clicking the video you consent to this (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Until then, no data is sent to YouTube.
If you write to us, we use your e-mail address and message only to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Links to other websites
Ticket links and social media links lead to other providers. Their own privacy policies apply there.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@rocktheopera.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz) or the authority in your country.
